A very quick and easy salad recipe to impress your loved ones as a side salad or as a snack between meals.
- 1/2 Cabbage Head
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsps Balsamic vinegar or Tangy Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds or almond seeds (optional)
- 1 Pinch salt
1. Grate carrots and cabbage and mix together.
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, salt and balsamic vinegar or mayonnaise together.
3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, mix well.
4. Toss over the seeds, chopped or sliced
