Hardly any prep work needed and you have a beautiful salad for you and your guests to enjoy.
- 3 Medium tomatoes, sliced
- 400 g Mozzarella, sliced to same thickness as tomato slices
- 1 Bunch of basil, roughly 30 leaves
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Coarse salt and pepper
1. Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf in between each, on a large serving platter. Drizzle your salad with olive oil and season with coarse salt and pepper to taste.
