Impress your loved ones with this spicy recipe to add some extra depth of flavour to your corn.
- 4 Corn on the cob
- 1 Tsp Ground masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lime juice
1. Pre cook the corn in the microwave for 5 mins
2. Once cool remove any husk etc
3. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients to form a paste
4. Braai the corn over medium coals until they start to brown
5. Brush generously with spice mix
6. Once cooked, squeeze over fresh lime juice and serve immediately
