Halloumi & bacon. What more do you need? Great as a snack or as a side with a fresh salad or roasted veggies.
- 1 block halloumi
- 1-2 packets of bacon
- fresh herbs and/ or chillies
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Finely chop your chilli and/ or fresh herbs
2. Cut the halloumi into blocks
3. Lay a piece of bacon flat, and sprinkle with fresh herbs and chilli
4. Put a block of halloumi on one end of the bacon, and roll it up
5. Bake on a baking tray for 15-20 minutes, until bacon has crisped up
6. Serve as a snack or side
