Get yourself going in the morning, with this tasty, tropical, summer smoothie!
- 1 frozen banana
- 250ml of milk of your choice
- 3 granadillas, scopping out the goodness inside
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp coconut shavings / dessicated coconut
- a few ice cubes
1. Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend until nice and smooth.
2. Enjoy :)
