- 1 apple loosely chopped
- 1 cups coconut water or regular water
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ medium English cucumber sliced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- ½ lemon juice from a fresh lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- a pinch salt
- 2 cups ice
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
