Apple Lemon Cucumber and Ginger Smoothie

Healthy, nutritious and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients


- 1 apple loosely chopped 


1 cups coconut water or regular water


2 Tbsp honey


2 Cups Romaine lettuce chopped


½ medium English cucumber sliced


1 tsp fresh ginger grated


½ lemon juice from a fresh lemon 


1 tsp lemon zest


a pinch salt


2 cups ice


Directions


1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
