Berry Smoothie Bowl

Boost your mornings!


Ingredients


- 2 x frozen bananas


- 1/2 cup of raspberries or blueberries or strawberries


- 1 cup of coconut milk


- 1 x tablespoon peanut butter


- 1 pinch of cinnamon


- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence


Directions


1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high until nice and smooth.


2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add whatever toppings take your fancy.  I used blueberries, sliced banana, strawberries and chia seeds.
