Ingredients


2 oranges peeled

- 1 carrot peeled or well scrubbed

- 12 g piece of fresh ginger

- 300 ml cold water

- ice (optional)


Directions


1. Put all the ingredients in the Nutribullet or blender.  Blend for a minute.
