Here's a simple healthy one to kick off 2022
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup low-fat yoghurt
- A frozen banana
- 1/4 of an apple
- A teaspoon of honey
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- Water and ice to blend
1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
2. Drink up and enjoy :)
