An absolutely delicious protein boost to kick off your day. The ideal sip-snack for the summer.
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup cauliflower (steamed & frozen)
- 1 Small beetroot (steamed & frozen)
- 2 Scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp raw cacoa powder - optional
- 1 Tsp chia seeds
- Honey to taste
1. Place all your ingredients in a blender in the above order.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
