Summer in a glass - made with pineapple, banana, berries and good-for-you greens! Add some superfoods, like chia, moringa or baobab, for an extra boost!
- 100ml plain yoghurt
- 2 large slices of pineapple (peeled)
- 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
- handful of frozen berries
- some fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 3 leafy green stalks (kale, spinach, swiss chard)
- superfood powders (like moringa or baobab) for a boost! (optional)
- chia seeds (optional)
- honey, to taste
1. Blend all ingredients together, and enjoy!
