Weekend cooler for a warm weekend.

- 2 cups watermelon, diced
- ¼ cup lemon juice 4 tbsp/60ml
- 1 ½ cups water 360ml
- 3 tbsp sugar
- mint & ice for serving
1. Put the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add the lemon juice, water and sugar and blend until well combined. Chill until needed.
3. Gently stir before serving over ice, garnished with mint.
