- 150 g Cadbury Festive Gingerbread - Chopped
- 150 g plain milk chocolate - chopped
- 200 g bag of White Whispers
- 1 Tin condensed milk
1. In a heatproof bowl combine the Festive Gingerbread Chocolate, milk chocolate and condensed milk. Place this bowl over a medium-sized pot filled 1/4 of the way up with simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water). Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally for a few minutes until the chocolate has melted and it's completely smooth.
2. Line a +- 20cm square dish with baking paper, allow for it to come up the sides a bit so that nothing lands up sticking.
3. Pour your chocolate/condensed milk mixture into the dish and then take about half the Whispers and push them into the chocolate so that they are completely covered.
4. Smooth out the top with a spatula then take the other half of the Whispers and dot them all over the top of the chocolate as decoration.
5. Place your dish in the fridge for +-2 hours or until set.
6. Lift the choc block out of the dish & with a clean sharp knife, cut it into mini squares. Enjoy!
