Leg of Lamb (1.2kg)
Leg of Lamb: Free range leg of lamb, deboned and tied with butchers twine. The lamb is brined and then cooked slowly at a low temperature in its own juices until tender. To serve: brown the outside of the rolled leg to obtain an even golden colour, then cover and bake in the oven set to 150'C for 30 minutes, or until the inside has warmed through. Remove the twine and slice for perfectly tender roast lamb!
