Anika developed the recipe in 2016 when living in Sweden with a wonderful old lady who was a sensitive to gluten, and avoided refined sugar.
In search of the perfect freezable sweet treat, Anika changed the recipe many times until settling on what is today the amazing, addictive Nutty Bar.
