Perfectly ripened orange habanero chilies are hand-picked and blended with salt from the Kalahari Desert, then naturally lactic barrel-fermented for 12 months. Fresh pineapples and onions are fire-roasted over invasive acacia coals, then blended with fresh oregano, coriander, our signature blend of spices, and naturally fermented vinegar.
