Tomato & Red Pepper Salsa

Our artisanal mother sauce is hand-crafted in small batches using ingredients sourced from local suppliers and farmers. The gees starts with fire–roasting sun-ripened tomatoes, red peppers, and onions over invasive acacia coals. Blending in fresh oregano, coriander, our signature blend of spices, and naturally fermented vinegar adds complexity to these fire-roasted ingredients.
