Baked turnip fries are the perfect side dish for any low carb, Paleo or Whole 30 dinner.

- 2 turnips, peeled and cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper
1. Pre heat oven to 220 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
2. Toss the turnips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
3. Place in one layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping after 10 minuts until nice and crispy. If needed you can broil them at the end to help crisp them up.
