- 2 pumpkin leaves, large size
- 1/2 cup banana, raw and mashed
- 1 Tsp green chilies paste
- 1/2 Tsp red chilies paste
- 1/2 Tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 Tsp coriander powder
- 2 Tbsp gram flour
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
1. Make a dough with mashed raw banana, green chillies paste and salt.
2. Wash the leaves and fill with raw banana dough, roll and keep aside.
3. Make the batter with gram flour, red chillies powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
4. Stuffed pumpkin leaves dip in batter and deep fry. Both sides should be evenly fried. Then serve in any way.
