A very simple way to make the most delicious butternut to add to your favourite meal or to be enjoyed on its own.
- 1 Butternut
- Coconut oil
- Nutmeg
- Salt
1. Slice your butternut into half long ways. Then slice each half into 3 other pieces. All in all your butternut should give you 6 slices.
2. Put on oven tray, put dollops of coconut oil on the butternut. Sprinkle some nutmeg and salt onto the butternut. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
3.Take out of oven and enjoy.
