- 1 turnip large
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons sea salt
1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Peel and cut the turnip into half inch cubes. Toss with salt and olive oil.
3. Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, until fork tender.
