Kale & Kiwi Smoothie

Kale, kiwi and avocados - blended together for a creamy, yummy smoothie! 


Ingredients


- 2-4 kale leaves*, stalks removed, roughly chopped


- 2 kiwis, peeled, chopped


- 1/2 small avocado, peeled and roughly chopped


- a handful of frozen fruit (berries or banana), or ice


- a handful of nuts or seeds, or a tbsp nut butter of your choice


- 1 cup milk, nut milk or water


- honey (if you need a little more sweetness!)


 


*If you're not used to the flavour of kale, then add a little less. If, like us, you think kale is marvellous, add a little more!


Directions


1. Add all ingredients to your blender or nutribullet, and blitz until smooth. You can add more liquid if needed. 


2. Enjoy immediately!
