- 1 medium to large cucumber
- 6 small stalks celery, ends removed
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
1. Juice cucumber and celery in a juicer. If using, juice the apple as well.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and add squeezes of lemon wedges to taste.
