Oats so easy and oh so tasty!
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 teaspoon chia seeds
- 4 tablespoon honey, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 180ml milk
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1. Pop the oats, chia seeds, vanilla essence, 2 tablespoons of honey, milk, and coffee into a bowl. Mix well and then cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
2. In the morning in a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well.
3. Grab a medium size jar and start layering your tiramisu oats, first add a layer of oats then the yoghurt mixture, then the oats again before ending on a layer of yoghurt. Dust with cocoa if you like :) Enjoy!
